JANITORIAL SERVICES
RiverCom 911 (RiverCom) is soliciting Proposal Statements from qualified bidders for Janitorial Services.
RiverCom will consider proposals only from individuals and firms that have demonstrated the capability and willingness to provide high quality professional services in the areas outlined in this RFP. Only serious submittals will be accepted for consideration.
INSTRUCTIONS: Specifications for the RFP: Janitorial Services, please see documents section below.
STATEMENT SUBMITTAL: Proposal Statements must be received by RiverCom no later than April 25, 2024 at 1:00 PM, PST.

All Proposal Statements must be received by the submittal deadline. Statements received after the due date and time will not be considered.
PROCESS SCHEDULE: RiverCom anticipates the following timeline:
Issuance of RFP April 8, 2024
Pre-bid Conference & Walk through April 15, 2024 at 8:30 AM
Proposal Statements Due April 25, 2024 at 1:00 PM
Selection Award April 26, 2024
STATEMENT OPENING: Statements are scheduled to be opened and recorded on April 25, 2024 by the RiverCom Selection Committee.
