RFP: LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
RiverCom 911 is seeking landscaping services that are regularly scheduled (landscaping) and also responsive to additional requests for services as needed. Services must also be flexible to accommodate and not interfere with construction activity anticipated at the site during the contract period.
BID TIMELINE: RiverCom 911 anticipates the following timeline for selection.
- Issuance of RFP January 30, 2026
- Bids due February 16, 2026 at 3:00 PM
- Contract award February 20, 2026
