- Pre-bid conference and walk-through: December 22nd at 1:00 PM
- Bids due: December 29th, 2025 at 3:00 PM
- Contract award: January 1st, 2026 (subject to change)
All bid proposals must be submitted electronically no later than 3:00 p.m. (PST), December 29, 2025.
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: ARCHITECURAL AND ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES
RiverCom 911 invites Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified firms for Architectural and Engineering professional design services for its new PSAP facility. The scope includes selective demolition, structural improvements (Risk Category IV), mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) improvements, and build-out of an emergency dispatch center.
SOQs must be submitted electronically no later than 4:00 p.m. (PST), December 17, 2025.
